It was disappointing not to see more of you at Andy's talk, which by the way was excellent.......we all enjoyed it. Thanks so much Andy...........left me feeling very sentimental - thinking of all those poor young people who served in all the services etc to give us the freedom we now enjoy Jan

Brilliant talk Andy, I really enjoyed it... Can't wait for the next one. I felt the same as you Jan... It made me think about my Grandad, who came from Liverpool. He fought in the 1st World war but he was one of the lucky ones, he came home but he, like many others that made it back, must have suffered mentally. Both with what they saw and losing friends. We can never pay those people back for the sacrifices they made for us and we must never forget them.
