Isn't it strange how many things we took for granted in yesteryear have now become "Collectors Items"? Driving past the antique shop at Crossroads (just below the post office) and in the window was a gold sign for "Tuborg" a sign which used to grace many a bakers shop! although I can't remember actually having any Tuborg bread.

Sorry to correct you Eric, but the bread wasn't Tuborg , it was TUROG , a small brown loaf rather like the original Hovis. Tuborg is a beer (lager) brewed in Copenhagen - I have had a tour of the brewery. Wish I hadn't driven there.
