Can anyone tell me what significance IF any, the frontages on these two buildings at Guardhouse represent?

I have photographed the front of both buildings both have the same
wooden lintel (beam) and are absolutely alike.

Why would they build this feature into a modernish building?

I would love some feedback on this.

At Guard House just down from "The Ring" two blocks of what looks like sheltered housing...............two seperate blocks BOTH copies of each other.

It is the wood beams and frontages I am interested in, they must have come from an old building and why put them in the frontage of this.

They have two round pieces which hold the lenses.
They are joined with a small curved piece which rests on the bridge of the nose and 2 side pieces which rest behind the ears, to hold the whole in place !!
