IF - and it's a big IF - she was a SUGDEN, she may be one of two Amelia SUGDENS whose deaths were registered at Keighley, one in 1864 (some seven years after the cemetery was opened), and the other in 1931, aged 54. What are the other names on the stone?
An Amelia SUGDEN appears on the 1861 census aged 9, living at Dockroyd, Oakworth with her parents Joseph & Nancy and siblings Elizabeth Ann, Abraham, Matilda, ellen and Julia. It's a long shot, but then you never know............

Christine Dowthwaite at the Utley office would probably be able to answer this for you. Her knowledge of the graves is amazing.
