Hi All,
I sat at the top of Cavandish Street today, waiting for the lights to change, and saw the stuffed owl in the bell tower on the top of the library.
I think it was put there to scare away the pigeons, but it was surrounded by a flock of them!!...is it me...or do I need to start getting out a bit more?

N0 you are quite right ,The Owl was supposed to frighten the pigeons away.It was at first succesfull and it used to be moved at differant times Sometimes to the Tecnical School but I supppose it has now become so stiff sitting in one place and now that it has grown so old its wings don,t work (They never did.) What we need is a clockwork one Angler
