Hiya Folks ,
Just a couple of items to do with the Cougars history.
We have a website devoted to the history of the club
Keighley Cougars
Hopefully this will be getting a bit of an update over the Christmas break ,but if anyone has pictures , info scans that we can include please get in touch.
Also the Cougars study support centre, Cougar Pride are producing in conjunction with Carniege,a primary school workbook that will cover the history of the club and how it relates to the development of the town. This has been produced by Brian Heywood who has been responsible for similar projects with Burnley and Millwall Football clubs,and will be a first for a rugby league team.
It could well be a good starting point for any local history projects within schools.
