Hi Jan You mentioned before about "stories" from the early years in Keighley! Where should I forward to you a story for the history site? It's a newspaper clipping from the Keighley News which you might like to put in the War Years. (Of course - it's ok if you don't!) (WW2 - 1943). It contains 380 words about Harry Hurtley, the son of my mother's cousin. I typed it out as the paper is too old to scan! Also, any photos I can find..how do I forward those to you? Bye from Chris

Hi Christine
Thank you so much for thinking of the Society, I would love anything you wish to share. I add them to the website, to our Newsletter and more importantly to the archive which Dr John Laycock, Malcolm, Myself and many local webmasters and village experts are all contributing to..................Dr John has added the whole of his Laycock website, David Smith of Bristol has added much of his personal collection to the archive................Terry will be pleased to know I have used some of his Eastwood School photographs on the Jan/Feb Newsletter......I must send him a copy.
Anything you are happy to share to me Jan at janperkins@keighleyhistory.org.uk OR janperkins@blueyonder.co.uk.
Thank you again.................x
