Just doing a bit of research for someone in Australia. She has a Mary Hartley died 1742.In her will she seems to have land and property in Oxenhope. She was from Upper Isle Oxenhope would this be a place or could it be Upper Isle Farm, Isle Lane, Oxenhope. Have googled this but it just gives me the farm. Anybody have any info on this.
Thankyou Mary.

Hi Mary - Upper Isle was used in many records in the olden days , but has since become Upper Isle Farm in modern useage, like Bents, Bull Hill, Aberdeen, Hanging Gate etc.
If you go onto the Ordnance Survey website & look at Historic maps you will find all these names.

Hi Mary, You can see the farms from the road if you go to Leeming Water reservoir in Oxenhope (just off the B6141) - There's a sign by the gate of the Reservoir which will tell you the names of the farms which are all on Isle Lane.
