Another plea for help.

I have a reference from October 1900 to the 'Bradford Arms'. I have never come across this before, neither have my relations in Keighley. Any ideas, please? From the content of the article, I would infer that it was near / in West Lane, but that is an assumption on my part.
Sorry Just found it on the 'pub' thread and I can't seem to scrub the post!!!
