My new book ‘Keighley’s Soccer History’ is due to be published this summer. It is a complete history of football in the town, from the late 1800s to the current day, and features every senior side to have played in the town. There are special chapters dedicated to famous old teams: Silsden, Keighley Town, Crosshills, Keighley Central, Magnet and Dean Smith & Grace, as well as Keighley’s legendary soccer heroes (the likes of Trevor Hockey, Mike Hellawell), lost grounds, and women’s football. A huge number of final tables and cup final results are detailed, including many that have never before been published. There are also dozens of photographs included alongside the text. It is possible to pre-order the book at a discounted price before June 1st. The cost will be £12 plus £2 postage for the book, which will stretch to well over 300 pages. You can order online at www.robgrillo.co.uk or contact me via email (email address is on the website) The book will be a strictly limited edition so don’t miss your chance ! Attachments:
