Can anyone remember the accident during the 1940s, of a Bren gun carrier that ran away down Brow Moor Road and into the first or second house on Fairway Crescent at Brow Top Haworth, or know anything about.

I remember it happening but no details. It might have been the Gillson's house or the Hopkinson's. My cousins lived on Fairway Crescent at the time so I will ask one of them what they might remember. We were only about 6 or 7 at the time. Cheers.
