I am researching the family of Timothy Feather of Stanbury. I discovered a web site giving the details of Section "D" of know Feather inscriptions in St Michael & All Angels Parish Church, Haworth but unfortunately I can't find it again. Can anyone tell me how to find it?

Hello Margaret On the main website www.keighleyhistory.org.uk if you go to the bottom of the Index and look for Haworth MI's, I think this is the link you had lost. Hope this helps. Jan

Hello Jan, This response is really just for Margaret Barret, who posted a request for info on Timmy Feather on 18Jul2007, but I'm replying way so that anybody else can read it , and I hope, benefit from it. My father copied it from the Keighley News of 10 December 1910. Can you pass it on to her, or shall I do the honours.

On the same day as Timmy Feathr's death, Mrs. Tabitha Ratcliffe died (widow of the late Robert Ratcliffe) and sister of Martha Brown, servant and friend of the Bronte family.

Timmy Feathers old house..........isn't it the one now known as 'Wildfell' at Buckley Green. The B&B at Buckley rigourously claim that their house is old Timmys but they seem to have it wrong ..surely.
