Here is the message: Was there ever a district or part of Keighley called Whipp Hill? It was the address of an Eliza McHugh in 1923 and given by her husband Francis in his declaration as a passenger to Canada. The handwriting is not too clear and could be read as Chipp Hill.

There was a Chip Hill in Oakworth. Somewhere between Sykes Head and Bogthorn, if memory serves me correctly.
