Morton Beck appears to be rather unusual in that it had 10 mills along its relatively short length. There is plenty of information about most of the mills, plus remnants of their structures. Cliffe Mill and Dimples Mill seem to have left less of an impression on the village. I would appreciate information about the beck, any of the mills, their weirs, dams and goits. Post it here or on the blog that I have created to showcase some of the minutiae that I have discovered. The blog's address is: mortonbeckcom.wordpress.com
